💡What’s your favorite part of the design process?
The discovery and synthesis phase, where I uncover patterns, motivations, and unmet needs. I love translating messy data into actionable insights and watching those insights shape design opportunities that feel both intuitive and strategic.

🎯 How do you measure the success of your designs?
Success, to me, is where user behavior and business metrics align. I look at both qualitative and quantitative signals like engagement, task completion rates, NPS, or drop-offs alongside feedback from real users and stakeholders. A design is truly successful when it creates value, clarity, and impact.

🤝 How do you handle feedback and collaboration?
I treat feedback as a conversation, not a correction. I aim to understand the intent behind every input and use it to strengthen design outcomes. Collaboration, to me, means co-creating with clarity ensuring every team member feels ownership in the result.

⚖️ How do you balance user needs with business goals?
By aligning both under a shared purpose. I use journey mapping, data insights, and success metrics to demonstrate how improving user experience drives measurable outcomes from retention to revenue. Great design, for me, is where empathy meets impact.
